CAVTECH ("we", "us", "our") operates the CAVANA Sales System and the cavtech.me website. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it. By using our services you agree to the practices described here.

CAVTECH is a technology company registered in Ghana. Our registered address and contact details are available on our Contact page. You can reach our data team at privacy@cavtech.me.
2. Data we collect
We collect data you provide directly (name, email address, phone number, business name, and any other information you enter into CAVANA or our contact form), data collected automatically when you use our website (IP address, browser type, pages visited, and session duration via server logs), and data you enter into CAVANA on behalf of your own customers and leads (which you control as a data controller in your own right).
3. How we use your data
We use your data to provide and improve the CAVANA Sales System, to respond to enquiries and support requests, to send service-related communications (such as account notifications), and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
4. Data storage and security
Your data is stored on secure servers. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel only. We retain your account data for as long as your account is active and for up to 12 months after account closure, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

We use a small number of third-party services to operate CAVANA, including cloud hosting providers. These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
